Sunshine Conveyors Pvt. Ltd. was started with an aim to cater growing needs of Rubber Conveyor belts in Chhattisgarh State in year 2002. The Promoters and Directors of this company are highly experienced, serving the rubber industry Since 1964. We are also running the business in the name of Sunshine Rubber Products, Rajnandgaon. A manufacturing unit that produces different kinds of moulded and extruded industrial rubber products.

Sunshine Conveyors Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2002. It is a manufacturing unit of Rubber Conveyor Belts & Rubber Sheetings. The plant is well laid out, equiped with advanced technology machines & mannaged by highly qualified technologists. Rubber compounding & calendering are some more services provided by this company. It is also an Ancillary to Bhilai Steel Plant (SAIL).
SUNSHINE RUBBER PRODUCTS
Sunshine Rubber Products is specialized in manufacturing of moulded & extruded Industrial Rubber Products such as - Chute liners, O-Rings, Oil Seals, Tyton Gaskets, Bushes, Anti Vibration Pads, Cord etc. It is also a RDSO Approved Company for the supply of Grooved Rubber Pads, Elastomeric Pads & Ancillary to Bhilai Steel Plant (SAIL).

Sunshine Engineering Works was incorporated in 1980. We are specialized & involved in designing and constructing machineries and other mechanical works like Die making. AGGREGATE
Construction aggregate is the most mined substance across the globe. This matter includes gravel, sand, slag, crushed stone & geosynthetic materials. Based on the application, various kinds of conveyor belts are used in this industry.
MINING
The underground & surface mining industry require versatile conveyor belts based on the mineral or metal bieng extracted & the kind of mine. Here the conveyor belt has to deal with a variety of materials from metals, coal, gemstones to limestones, garvels, dimension rocks & clay. Our conveyor belts for this industry includes wide width belts that are created to handle abrasive bulk materials.
IRON & STEEL
The iron & steel industry rquires constant movement of cokes, ore, sinter, pellets & are also exposed to high temperatures. SCPL Heat Resistance (HR, SHR, UHR) conveyor belts are designed & manufactured for this industry to resist high temperature, cut impact & abrasion.
THERMAL
Coal handling makes up a large portion of the initial process of a thermal power plant. Conveyor belts are used to transport the coal from site to site. CEMENT

This is due to the fact that primary materials are highly abrasive, processing temperatures are extremely high & belts are exposed to continous heat. PORTS
Port terminals offer storage facilities for cargo & goods. Materials like dry bulk cargo need to be conveyed over vast distances from ship unloading point to rail/trucks/wharf/storage &vice versa.Conveyor belts are the backbone of this port transportation. Our belts are capable to withstand these harsh environment & long distances.
INDIAN RAILWAY
In Railways the conveyor belts are used in Ballast Cleaning Machines (BCM) which is used for screening of ballast under the sleepers on plain track as well on turn-outs for restoring drainage and resilience of track. We are also the suppliers of Special Rubber Pads,used in turnouts of railway tracks which are made up cutting conveyor belts according to a specefic drawing.
