RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT
A rubber conveyor belt is a type of continuous moving belt that transports materials or packages from one place to another. In other words, this is a solid band made of tough, long-lasting substances, upon which different materials are conveyed.
ADVANTAGES

FASTEST WAY OF TRANSPORTING
MATERIALS

ERGONOMICAL & ECONOMICAL (COST EFFECTIVE)

ALLOWS WIDE RANGE OF MATERIALS FOR CONVEYING
CONVEYOR BELT BY TYPES

FLAT/PLAINÂ BELT
Flat/Plain conveyors are the most widely used conveyor belt type. It has plain & smooth cover finish and are available in all grades and types.

CHEVRON/CLEATED BELT
Chevron conveyor belts have rubber cleats that are integrally vulcanized with the top cover of the belt, which can make steeper angles of inclinations up to 40° possible, which allows for higher lift in lesser space.

PIPE CONVEYOR
Pipe conveyor is an environmentally friendly transport system solving numerous problems associated with conventional conveyor system, i.e. spillage of materials, limitations with steep inclination and curve layout, etc.

STEEP ANGLE BELT
Steep angle conveyors are specially designed machines for steep angle conveying. The belt is built from base belt, sidewalls made of reinforced vulcanizes rubber and cleats preventing the material to roll or slip backwards on the belt.

ENDLESS BELT
An endless conveyor belt is a belt supplied to you hot spliced and ready-to-fit in a continuous loop. The belts can be fitted to a machine without the need for a splice or vulcanising team on site, maximising uptime.

ROUGH TOP BELT
Rough Top Belts mainly used to transporting light weight goods, such as sacks, boxes and parcels,packages/bags on steep inclines thereby preventing slippage. It has a cushioning effect, mollifies and absorbs vibrations
CONVEYOR BELT STRUCTURE
TOP COVER
The top cover (upper side of the belt) provides protection for the carcass. Selection of cover quality, thickness and profile depend on the material to be conveyed and the working conditions.
BOTTOM COVER
The bottom cover protects the inner part of the carcass. Its thickness is about 30 - 50% of the top cover thickness. For use on slides, the bottom cover consists of low friction fabric.
CARCASS
The carcass is the core of a conveyor belt and is the main load bearing component. The combined fabric reinforcement usually found inside of a conveyor belt is normally referred to as the "Carcass". It consists of a number of plies of reinforcement, which are separated by rubber layers (SKIM Coat).

[NYLON/NYLON (NN), POLYESTOR/NYLON (EP), POLYESTOR/POLYESTOR (EE)]
EDGE CONSTRUCTION
Conveyor belts can be supplied with MOULDED (rubber) edges as well as with CUT (sealed) edges.

SCPL BELTING NOMENCLATURE
Sunshine Coveyors Belts are designated to indicate the minimun full thickness tensile strength and the number of fabric plies in the belt, for eg., All Nylon 315/3 represents a belt having full thickness tensile strength of 315 KN/M width, incorporating 3 plies of fabric in it.

SCPL BELTING FEATURES (WHY US ?)
Sunshine Conveyor Belting meets high performance specifications owing to its integrated construction.
It's flexibility allows it to be used for practically every application in the transportation of bulk materials, however large is the quantity.
Sunshine Conveyor Belting ia able to achieve higher speeds over long distances than other belting systems.
Our belts are developed and designed for longer life and better performance in terms of cost per tonn of materials coveyed.
The above constructions are available in wide range of protective rubber covers and are manufactured in widths up to 2000 mm without any joints.
We are equiped with state of the art manufacturing and testing faciliies for quality products and faster deliveries.
We are also registered suppliers to major public as well as private orgainisations of India.
